Prior to each quarterly session we'll chat about your vision and create a shot list to make sure we're on the same page. I'll send a pre-session questionnaire to help us both with the planning!

I'll send you an initial brand questionnaire to get more information from you about your overall vision: Do you favor a certain color palette? What words best represent your company? Do you have a studio space? Etc. etc.

If you're a small business, a creative entrepreneur, a maker, a blogger, a shop, a café, or basically any brand that has a social media presence, a website, and/or a shop - you can benefit from a photography subscription!
Current and past subscription clients include a hair salon and healing space, interior designers, coaches and speakers, stationery designers, and local shops, cafés, and establishments.
Each session is tailored to your business and photography needs. You may need product photos every quarter, while another business will need a mix of lifestyle and styled images quarterly.
Subscriptions are available for 12 months.
You might remember that I used to offer 6 month subscriptions, however it became apparent that many businesses benefited from shoots on a quarterly basis, making a full year the more logical option.
I am based in Loudoun County, Virginia. Sessions taking place within 50 miles of my home (this includes DC!) do not incur any additional travel fees.
Live outside that zone? Don't worry -- a subscription can still work for you! A flat travel fee will be added to your invoice and rolled into your monthly payment based on your location.
And psst: Far-off clients ship product to me to shoot in my studio all the time!
Unfortunately I can't include space rental in a subscription and here's why:
Not every client needs a studio rental, and when some clients do, it's not for every session. Also, studio rental space pricing varies wildly in the DMV from $50/hr with no hourly minimum, to $150/hr with a 4 hour minimum. There's no way for me to fairly incorporate the cost of a rental into the subscription or session pricing.
I have a limit to how many new subscribers I can take in throughout the year depending on my overall workload.
Why? The beginning stage of working with a new subscriber takes a lot of work to get to know their brand, researching their work, planning and prepping for the first session together, etc.
As I work with clients over and over, however, we develop a relationship and a great feel for how everything will go. I limit the number of new subscribers I take on through the year so that I know I can dedicate enough time to them as we feel each other out and learn how to best develop our partnership.

(A subscription fits) all of the above. A subscription holds me accountable to use my time/money for something I need.
